The study focused on helping to raise the technological competences that contribute to the administrative processes and managerial professional development, for which the educational system is taken into account the new model of educational management with its main exponents, a survey was used for the extraction of information. This research is based on a positivist paradigm, since the deductive method will be applied. Based on existing theories, a cause and an effect variable were determined, segmented to test the theory in reality and describe it statistically to show the relationships between the variables and operationalize them. Based on these results, it was established the need to elaborate a methodological guide directed on the use of Web 2.0 technological tools, focused on contributing to the processes of administrative management of educational institutions efficiently. |
