For this reason it has been proposed to develop a mobile application with Web content management, communicated through a web service, to centralize and disseminate information on the main tourist attractions of the Cotopaxi Province. To solve it, building a hybrid application was proposed to which has two modules that are: 1) Mobile Module which has its respective sub-modules that are: A) Visualization of Cotopaxi´s General Data B) Visualization of the Tourist Attractions by Categories C) Visualization of Tourist Attractions by Cantons D) Performance of the off and on line application 2) Web Module which counts with their respective sub-modules that are: A) Administration of Tourist Attractions B) Administration of important holidays by Canton C and D ) Sending data of the tourist attractions and important festivities to the mobile application , for this reason the use of the Agile SCRUM methodology was proposed, which allows a direct communication between the client and the development team to obtain greater productivity and quality of the final product. With the Web module was possible to centralize 77 Tourist Attractions and 57 Important Festivities, it should be noted that the mobile application works off and on line. “Vive Turismo Cotopaxi” is called the mobile application, which is a technological tool that the Provincial GAD of Cotopaxi can provide to tourists visiting the province, since it focuses mainly on giving information on the main tourist attractions that each Canton in an attractive and friendly way, this application is now available in the "Play Store" Android. |
