It was made for the purpose of carrying out the measurement of gas combustion stationary sources in the hospitals in question, job that was elaborated with the participation of laboratory Technicians from the Chemistry Faculty of Engineering of Mines and Petroleum of the Central University of Ecuador, entity that is authorized to undertake such work. Through the measurement in both Hospitals of Latacunga, it was possible to be verified the gas level emitted by the caldrons health institutions, data which allowed us to check the compliance with the Environmental Management Act and Regulations to the Environmental Management Act for the prevention and control of environmental pollution.
