Actually Companies have an important place in the social and economic development of the country, for this reason, it has a great important to provide effective tools to achieve efficiency and competitiveness in the market. This is the case of the Company MOVILTRUCK S.A. in order to safe its financial assets, check the accuracy and reliability of accounting data and bring efficiency, productivity and operations custody. By applying the methods: Descriptive, Inductive and Deductive, it was found that the Company has an internal weakness, the same that lies in the lack of interest of management to give priority to external control and not internal, as a tool that assist the implementation of activities in an appropriate way. In conclusion the same way which operations are effected in accordance with the laws, regulations, policies and other applicable regulations in Ecuador to the Tax Administration. Without a guidance which operations support is necessary for the company. It is necessary that the enterprise has special responsible people. |
