Özet:The present work entitled business plan for the creation of an urban "AgroPub" in the Salcedo canton, had the following objectives: to theoretically base the main concepts and elements of organic food business plans; develop the CANVAS matrix for the creation, development and value capture of the urban Agropub and evaluate the financial feasibility of creating this business. The applied methodology was based on a quantitative approach, where statistical and mathematical techniques were used through the use of the survey that served to collect data from the population. For the development of the research, the exploratory and descriptive levels were used. In the market research, a population of 6551 that make up the economically active population of the urban sector of the Salcedo canton and a sample of 363 people were determined, to whom a survey was applied through a questionnaire.
