Ajouter un tag | Résumé: | This virtual stage, by being free software allows to have an easy and practical access to be used by teachers and students in order to streamline the educational process by creating an existing company or new, the accomplishments of agreements and payroll, workers’ cards, issuance of contracts, salaries, absence of workers, holydays, inability, etc. In this research the existing problem was focused in the Technical University of Cotopaxi, due to the lack of a simulation laboratory in the Commercial Engineering Major, which has brought limited students to acquire the abilities, skills and practical knowledge that a company requires currently. This proposal meets the students’ needs since will be able to develop administrative practices in the laboratory using the new information and communication technologies to carry out practical exercises simulating real cases. The content of this thesis will be of great benefit to reach the main objective of which is the quality professionalization so that professionals can by efficient in the workplace. |
