The waste is produced through two ways: solid and liquid waste source and organic nature that currently are not being utilized or handled appropriately. They are eliminated directly to the drain system or water resource as an example: Cutuchí River which is part of this research. This investigation presents a database on the characterization of solid waste generated in the process of slaughtering both cattle and pork for which an environmental assessment (field work) was performed. It allowed us to determine the animals’ number that is being slaughtered like this: 76 cattle and 85 pigs per week. It lends to know the amount of waste generated, producing approximately 2356.92 Kg / week.
