Add Tag | Summary: | This work was developed in the pasteurizer “El Alba” that belongs to Milky Products Bayamo. The project has as objective to make a series of actions in order to optimize the consumption of energy without affecting the production, especially in the areas of pasteurization and transportation. The 100% of energy consumed, 80% represents the electricity used by the company, and the 20% is the diesel fuel consumed by the company in the area of transportation. To investigate the cause of an effect, it´s important to identify the general cause by applying the PARETO DIAGRAM, so it helps to find the particular cause of the effect. The analyzed variables beat interchangeably, which can be inferred that a lot of diesel consumption in some months of 2009 production is not justified. |
