To investigate the cause of an effect, it´s important to identify the general cause by applying the PARETO DIAGRAM, so it helps to find the particular cause of the effect. The analyzed variables beat interchangeably, which can be inferred that a lot of diesel consumption in some months of 2009 production is not justified. |

El proyecto tiene como objetivo realizar un conjunto de acciones que permiten optimizar el consumo de energía consumida sin afectar las producciones, en especial en las áreas de pasteurización y transporte. El 100% de energía consumida, el 80% representa la energía eléctrica que utiliza la empresa, el 20% es el consumo de combustible diesel que consume la empresa en el área de transporte. Cuando se investiga la causa de un efecto, una vez identificada la causa general aplicando el DIAGRAMA DE PARETO, es necesario encontrar la causa particular del efecto.
