Summary:This research is originated as a response to the problem: What is the impact of the pedagogical management in the teaching and learning processes in educational institutions of Tanicuchi-Guaytacama circuit? The most important contents of the theoretical foundation are: teaching management, quality manager standards, quality educational standards, teaching and learning processes, curriculum areas and Curricular Updating and strengthening. The purpose of study was:” to "contribute to the strengthening of the teaching management in the teaching-learning process in the schools from the Tanicuchí - Guaytacama circuit". The research methodology is characterized as bibliographic and field mode, comprehensive level, descriptive, non-experimental methodology; the selected sample were thirteen managers, sixty-eight teachers and one hundred -fifty students, conglomerate type and simple random; the methods used were inductive, deductive and analytical for the production of the knowledge. The findings of this study show that the aspects that have limitations are: the application and adjustment of the curriculum to the educational needs, monitoring and evaluation to the programs of school inclusion, assessment and pedagogical reinforce, collaborative work of teachers and research processes. The contribution of this thesis is the design of a training program for managers of the investigated circuit to contribute to the improvement of the teaching management in the learning process; this work is important as it helps to the reflection of everyday work in the classroom and the search for continuous improvement. The beneficiaries of this proposal are the seven institutions of Tanicuchi - Guaytacama circuit.
