Dodaj etykietę | Streszczenie: | The present investigative work was planned and executed at the Cotopaxi Technical University, La Maná extension where was determined the problem of public items. According to this, the general objective was determined: to design a handbook in order to control the fixed assets for higher education institutions. This research was conducted by using a no experimental methodological design which enabled to collect sufficient and important information and implementing necessary methods and techniques to verify compliance with the necessary procedures of control of public items. The handbook is a tool that allows adequate control by people who are responsible for the administration, registration, control, care, and use of property. The registration of property was made with data from the general and particular features such as brand, value type, year of manufacture, color, number, serial, codes, and depreciations. |
