This paper has as object to promote the security and the health in the users applying stablished rules. The methodology used was the direct observation, documental and bibliographic and the way to get information was the survey. To apply this was stablished an inventory to equipment and machineries using codes in the laboratory. After that was done a general diagnostic through the observation to the laboratory places, the planned to a practical room of elaboration to sausages according to the teacher’s guide, help us to find some mistakes in the security, organization and physical area…. |
