সংক্ষিপ্ত:This study aims to evaluate the quality of raw bovine milk of different genotypes on free grazing condition by laboratory tests to obtain data on the characteristics of milk with conditions that the Ecuadorian Amazon offers. They worked with 37 cows of different genotypes such as: Brown Swiss (10), Jersey (10), Sahiwal (10) and Gyr (7), first lactation (marrow, first birth), of which 22 animals belong to CIPCA - Amazon State University and 15 animals of different owners Canton Carlos Julio Arosemena Tola it began to take milk samples from 10 days of delivery, every 15 days for a period of 90 days immediately transported to the different laboratories for their organoleptic analysis, physico-chemical and microbiological. Descriptive statistics were performed, using charts and graphs. As regards the physical and chemical analysis of the different genotypes, it concluded that they are within the parameters established by INEN standard, except for the fat that is below the minimum percentage is 3.00%, it may be attributable to poor nutrition of the animal and / or conditions that Amazon offers....
