Περίληψη:This report focuses on the theory and practice of education as the elements that most affect the learning process of children and young people have to do with what teachers believe, can and are willing to do. Treating this point lightly means restricting and in fact diverting the understanding of the problem and the responsible search for solutions. The objective is to analyze the professional profile of the Basic Education teacher and its impact on teaching, administrative management and their commitment to the development of methodological and technical actions that are aimed at awakening their creativity, student participation and the search for solutions by applying the knowledge acquired in problems real social context. For which instruments such as interviews, surveys, managers and teachers were applied to obtain data that reflect the strengths and weaknesses of each one and to be able to analyze and interpret the results for the formulation of this proposal, I must state that teaching is a work on the others, because it is an activity that develops in a set of intense and systematic interpersonal relationships, therefore, requires the mastery and use of scientific and technical knowledge. The present evidence that the teacher has the obligation to innovate in the educational field, improve processes and address concerns of the educational community, within the policies of evaluation and educational management, which will improve with the implementation of an application that optimizes teaching work in teaching management in evaluation and administration.
