Tag hinzufügen | Zusammenfassung: | This research work was developed in the Savings and Credit Cooperative "Virgen del Cisne", was performed in order to issue a report with the relevant conclusions and recommendations of the case and the evidence found, it will serve as a guide for decision making for the institution. For the process of auditing methods and techniques used for finding the administrative shortcomings, which are not allowed to meet the objectives and goals set forth in its entirety. For the purposes of the surveys are considered a total sample of 422 partners and customers and seven employees working in the institution for achieving these methods are collecting information about activities that have developed during this time, methods for developing this work were the inductive since departed from a question and end with the achievement analytical information which was expected and ended with the quality of service provided to its partners. |
