Para el proceso de auditoría se utilizaron métodos y técnicas que permitieron encontrar las falencias administrativas, las cuales no ha permitido cumplir con los objetivos y metas planteadas en su totalidad. Para la aplicación de las encuestas se consideró una muestra total de 422 socios y clientes y siete empleados que laboran en la Institución, con estos métodos se logro la recopilación de información sobre actividades que se han ido desarrollando durante este tiempo, los métodos para desarrollar este trabajo fueron el inductivo puesto que se partió desde una interrogante y concluir con el analítico donde se logro la información que se esperaba y se concluyo con la calidad de servicio que brinda a sus asociados.Ecuador: Latacunga: Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi (UTC).Hidalgo Achig, Myrian del Rocío, Dra.
