The planned objective has been met; the web application fully meets the expectations of the GAD, which has undergone a rigorous validation process, has the guarantee and implementation endorsement granted by the end user who will be in charge of manipulating and managing any changeEl presente trabajo está basado en el desarrollo de un aplicativo web, para pedidos on-line de productos alfareros en el GAD la Victoria, los pedidos originalmente eran manejados de forma manual en libretas, cuadernillos sin ningún tipo de respaldo; el objetivo de este aplicativo es automatizar cada actividad a través de la web, el cliente podrá gestionar su pedido de manera segura y confiable cumpliendo con los protocolos necesarios, se realizó un trabajo de análisis con el presidente Sr Diego Bolívar Espinoza y alfareros quienes aportaron con toda la base de conocimiento, levantamiento de requisitos, necesidades que se observaba en la Institución.
