| Sammanfattning: | The present project aims to design an automated system for a hydroponic cultivation of strawberries in the greenhouse of the fifth Aguja de Oro, hydroponic cultivation under the NFT technique which is an innovative irrigation system where the main purpose is to reduce costs and turn to improve crop production, this technique consists of recirculating the nutrient solution through channels which in this case are “PVC” (Polyvinyl chloride) pipes, “ABS” (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) or similar pipes. They arrive at a common tank and that thanks to the help of a pump motor recirculates the fluid, raising the nutrient solution again to each PVC tube channel, a bibliographic investigation is generated to identify control variables and thus be able to generate an automatic design itself which will be validated by computer software available to students and industries, the system automates the duration and frequency of irrigation, the type of mineral to be used as fertilizer, pH level, electrical conductivity, water level, through programming using a programmable logic controller which provides a wide development in the area, for this process the crops are kept under a controlled environment by means of greenhouses that house vegetables in most cases, taking into account these factors the water consumption required by the system is calculated, the water for irrigation can come from different sources, such as; rivers, lagoons, irrigation canals, wells, etc. CADE SIMU was used for the simulation of the electrical system. |
