Therefore, the creation of an attendance control was proposed geolocation, in order to determinerecord attendance andemployees location for monitoring the area.The application development process included drafting information on methodologies, tools and techniques were. Interviews and surveys conducted to identify needs. For web application, PHP program with HTML and Laravel 7 was used. For mobile version, Ionic and Angular were used. The XP (Extreme Programming) methodology was implemented to facilitate collaborative work between two people, with iterative delivery of user stories. Mobile D methodology was also used for of the mobile versiondevelopment. The system consists three main actors: the administrator, manager and employees, each with different roles in the system. Through this proposal, the problem was solved by implementing an attendance register based on geolocation. This will allow to efficiently cover the control needs of employees in different companyareas. |

This will allow to efficiently cover the control needs of employees in different companyareas.La propuesta tecnológica mencionada se desarrolló en la empresa SISCOM, proveedora de servicios de internet en la parroquia San Buenaventura, en el cantón Latacunga. El objetivo principal es crear una aplicación web y móvil centrada en el control de asistencia del personal que trabajaba en las instalaciones de la empresa. La problemática identificada fue el registro manual de asistencias de los trabajadores, lo cual resultaba ineficiente. Por lo tanto, se propuso la creación de un módulo de control de asistencia mediante geolocalización, con el fin de determinar el registro de asistencia y la ubicación de los empleados para el monitoreo del área. El proceso del aplicativo incluyó la redacción de información sobre metodologías, herramientas y técnicas utilizadas. Se llevaron a cabo entrevistas y encuestas para la identificación de necesidades. Para la aplicación web, se emplea programación PHP con HTML y Laravel 7. Para la versión móvil, se utiliza Ionic y Angular. La metodología XP (Programación Extrema) se implementó para facilitar el trabajo colaborativo entre dos personas, con la entrega iterativa de historias de usuario. También se emplea la metodología Mobile-D para el desarrollo de la versión móvil. El sistema consta de tres actores principales: el administrador, el gerente y los empleados, cada uno con diferentes funciones en el sistema. Mediante esta propuesta, se resolvió la problemática existente al implementar un registro de asistencia basado en la geolocalización.
