Propuesta de elaboración de un ideario para establecer la identidad institucional de la escuela "club de leones de latacunga en el barrio Santa Rosa de Cochaloma” de la parroquia Pujili, cantón Pujilì, añolectivo 2012 -2013

In this research paper details several aspects. Internal regulations are specified in the fundamental categories. Also, there has been a brief history of the institution studied in which we know the place and its formation from ancient times to the present. The objective of this research work is to increase a proposal as an ideology, with which the better for fulfilling the mission and vision. It was made with a population of 4 teachers 23 students and 19 parents. A survey which details if it is very important to promote values in the state and is also important to have the support of the community. At the same time, the students of research institution expressed that they strongly agreed that they comply and abide by a regulation. This proposal will be of great importance to improve the values as discipline, fulfill the responsibilities and obligations in school, in their homes and society. It is done by addressing the need to improve the quality of education with the parents support, teachers and the community.
