সংক্ষিপ্ত:The municipal camal of Baños de Agua Santa is dedicated tothe slaughter of cattle and pigs, which has had a great reception in the marketor, despite this, the continuous improvement must be permanent before the competition, since it is essential to have a study of times in the production process, therefore, this research project is focused on it, in order to determine the activities carried out and unnecessary distances in each of the fishing lines that require an analysis in order to propose an improvement plan. Flow diagrams, route diagrams, analytical cursograms must be recognized, and thus obtain information on the slaughtering process of pigs and cattle which will focus on a time study. The number of observations, basic time, supplements, standard time and the production capacity of each slaughtering line will be calculated to determine the current production ofthe municipal camal, an improvement plan will be carried out which consists of unifying activities, eliminating waits and redesigning theslaughter lines, to achieve r an increase in production, a good distribution of pigand bobino slaughter lines and thus improve profits. Finally, it is reflected that the time study meets all its objectives and in turn optimizes the slaughtering process of the municipal shrimp resulting in an increase of one slaughtered bovine and two pigs slaughtered per day, thus generating a new standard time of 26.25 minutes in the pig slaughter line with an increase of 28% and a new standard time of 24.06 minutes in the cattle slaughter line with an 11% increase in its production in relation to the current process.
