Résumé:The present research work is the result of the investigation carried out with the purpose of elaborating a proposal for the implementation and management of a didactic guide for teachers in order to promote the coexistence of children through playful strategies, strengthening the respect for the different socio-cultural manifestations in the school problem, in the Educational Unit "Rosa Zarate". In this way, the research project began with the statement that identified: Incidence of the socio-cultural manifestations in the educational process, in the sixth grade Parallel "A" at Educational Unit "Rosa Zarate", belongs to the "Rosa Zarate" Educational Unit. Therefore, the impact of this research is high, since it allowed to know the social and cultural realities of the students within the Educational Unit. Thus, the objective of this study was to analyze and highlight the importance of the socio-cultural manifestations and its impact on the educational environment. Then, the variables of the problem were investigated theoretically: socio-cultural manifestations and concepts that are defined according to the context. After applying the field research and the results were obtained through survey and interview, It decteted that the sociocultural manifestation have and impact on the school, there is isolation a little coexistience among students, due to the discrimination and exclusion of some ones. Which affect the disinterest in academic learning performance, it allowed the elaboration of the proposal through the conclusions and recomentation in some cases. In this way, the research allowed the elaboration of a didactic guide for teachers with the purpose of promoting the coexistence of children through a playful strategy, strengthening respect for the different socio-cultural manifestations in the school environment, in the Educational Unit "Rosa Zarate" in the school year 2022-2023".
