Summary:This research work entitled "Unification of schools in La Victoria population, District Pujilí - Saquisilí " whose authorship corresponds to Paredes Acosta Maria del Carmen and Martínez Veintimilla Ana Lorena. This research was designed with the aim to determine the level of impact generated by the process of school Unification undertaken by the Ministry of Education, through a comprehensive diagnosis to obtain relevant data that contribute to the analysis and discussion of results; for this we proceeded to: substantiate theoretically the legal framework based on the Decenal Plan , the Organic Law of Intercultural Education , the National Plan for Good Living and Standards of Quality Education , in order to know the purpose why this project was implemented , which caused uncertainty involved in the educational community , due to the lacking educational management at the inception of this process; in the approach is specified the qualitative- quantitative methodology, applying a descriptive field study and literature , the research sample was based on 188 students and 21 teachers who applied a survey whose results were tabulated using bar graphs for analysis and discussion. This investigation contributed significantly in the educational , social and pedagogical field , to establish guidelines that contribute to improve the current educational system , the same one that turns students as mere statistical entities within a transformation process discarding their humanitarian side and without taking into that they are the very essence of educational work; so it is considered that the population surveyed do not have a clear understanding of the structural bodies nesting the educational system, existing disagreement regarding the unification process not to be informed in advance , denoting the predisposition for the development of an implementation guide to guide the actions of this process. The principal investigation´s purpose is to elaborate the guidelines which help to District’s administrative employees in order to know the impact which students feel about the schools unification.
