Incidencia de la cartera vencida sobre el patrimonio de la cooperativa de ahorro y crédito “Andina ltda.” ubicada en la provincia de Cotopaxi cantón Latacunga de los años 2013 - 2014 - 2015

This project presents information concerning the Incidence of the Overdue Loan Portfolio with the purpose of establishing the reality of the problems that caused the non-compliance of credit obligations by the partners, the analysis of the Overdue Portfolio in the Credit Cooperative “Andina Ltda.” in the years 2013 - 2014 - 2015, allowed to know the problems that were presented in the financial institution, among them mentioned, the delinquency of the borrowers that caused the maturity of the credits that affected the heritage of this financial institution, several factors controlled to the late payment of credits granted, among the main elements that led to delinquency are economic and labor instability, inequality of remuneration, inadequate control of personal income, Natural disasters, among others. For the implementation of the project, it was necessary to apply researching methods, techniques and instruments, which allowed the determination of the causes or restrictions of non-compliance by partners. The importance was based on the research and financial analysis carried out that helped to understand how the overdue loan portfolio affects in the years 2013 - 2014 - 2015, the study required to generate an economic impact in this process, thus achieving the objectives and goals set for the development of research. The beneficiaries of the Project were formed by the direct; such as the Credit Cooperative “Andina Ltda.”, while the indirect beneficiaries were the entities that regulate the Ecuadorian financial system, in this case the Superintendence of Popular and Solidarity Economy that regulates and controls the economic activity these institutions, the students who developed the researching and for the future investigations.
