Izvleček:The use of Information Technology and Communications currently offers a series of virtual tools that minimize efforts on activities that people perform daily, emphasizing its application in the areas of education as a teaching strategy, with emphasis on the area Social Studies. Most studies have been conducted on the use of ICTs put manifest the need for teachers to keep updating and innovating their classes in line with the technological advances, the potential of these virtual tools in relation to education, has to transformer for changing the current society by creating new opportunities for education. In base of the results of a diagnostic from the problem we detected the deficient use of the virtual media as help to the educative process in the institution “Luis Ulpiano De La Torre” from part of the teaching personnel for what it is impertinent to implement a guide in the management of touch boards as a didactic-pedagogic tool, for what we used a type of field investigation descriptive- bibliographic, applying the inductive- deductive methods and investigation instruments like surveys and interviews; in what we propose the elaboration, capacitation, and application of a guide of the management of the touch board as technic support for the learning- teaching process of social studies a porting that the teachers and students will use it as a tool being this a significant a port for their personal and professional involvement having as direct beneficiaries 293 students and indirectly 18 teachers that will make conscience for the correct use of the TICs inside the educative environment.
