| Тойм: | The lack of knowledge about the MLM industry, the low support or endorsement of new distributors within a company, and mainly the limited conception of an effective leadership style, have led to a disconnection on the part of the leaders with their affiliates. It is for this reason that this research report analyzed the influence that leadership models have on the performance of MLM companies in Latacunga. The methodology responds to a quantitative approach, since a study was made to people associated to the different network marketing enterprises from their experiences, of what they do and think. After the information process, it was determined that the predominant leadership style in Latacunga is transformational. The process concluded with the proposal of implementing an effective leadership model based on transformational leadership, which consists of four fundamental parts: 1. Change of Paradigms. 2. Free and Evaluated Selection. 3. Working the Network. The proposal of this model is intended to work in an ideal way in the industry of network marketing in Latacunga city. |
