Summary:This research project has as objective to analyze relationship between organizational behavior and work performance of HORNIPAN Metallic Industrial Factory personnel. This study used a quantitative approach methodology, a descriptive and correlational type of research, which was taken into account, and a non-experimental research design was also used. For which a measurement instrument of organizational behavior of author J.A. Cota (2017) was applied, which was adapted to 4 dimensions composed by 13 questions. For working performance variable, the questionnaire of the Salamanca University (2004) was taken as a reference, which uses 3 dimensions and has 10 questions based on a Likert scale applied to 48 workers of Hornipan Company. In order to obtain results, a low relationship was evidenced of 32.6%, but it has a direct influence on work performance, with a very high reliability coefficient of 0.847. For this, some strategies were proposed to implement organizational behavior based on its dimensions: teamwork, equality, physical conditions and leadership, in relation to work performance with its respective dimensions: work place, communication, coordination, motivation and recognition; with the purpose of developing a good work environment. In conclusion, a positive relationship between both variables was indicated, which means that as the organizational behavior improves, work performance in Hornipan's collaborators. It is recommended continually encourage company managers to implement strategies to improve their behavior and performance in activities
