Summary:This work aims to analyze the theoretical foundations that are necessary in developing a business plan, for the Implementation of a Marketing Small Business of Broiler Chicken Selected Pieces in La Maná Canton, Cotopaxi province, 2012. The project aims to provide high quality products and competitive prices, in addition, through field research it was found that few companies develop this business with the appropriate infrastructure and technology to make a quality product and healthy that reaches the final consumer. For gathering the information it was necessary to apply 384 consumer surveys and 6 surveys marketers of chicken pieces, Through the obtained results it was possible to determine that an 88% of consumers eat chicken weekly….
