| Sumari: | The present research work is based on the analysis of strategies for the integral teaching-learning process through the mastery of technological tools that students of the Emilio Terán Educational Unit of Canton Salcedo can access; hence, a general objective is generated that is focused on the design of said strategies; however, its achievement requires specific objectives that allow systematizing a literary review on the use of ICTs in the teaching-learning process; diagnose the use and type of technological and digital tools; to be able to design a strategy manual on technological resources; and finally validate the application of said manual. Methodologically, it is a research with a qualitative approach, of an applied type, in whose theoretical methods the inductive and deductive methods are pointed out, while the empirical method used is the factual one, supported by the survey technique and its instrument, the questionnaire. Processes that have allowed to establish among its main conclusions that, based on the results obtained in the diagnosis, a manual of strategies about technological resources was designed, which contains tools applicable and contextualized to the reality and needs of teachers and students. of the Educational Unit; which is based on the use of the Microsoft Teams platform, because the data registers a coincidence in the criterion that it is a resource that adapts to its specific needs. |
