Gestión de talento humano y su incidencia en la organización de seguridad y salud en el trabajo del Gad de la provincia de Cotopaxi; 2015: Manual de funciones y profesiogramas.

The present investigation has to analyze and make a diagnostic about accomplishment of determined technic – legal requirements on RESOLUTION CD333, of healthy and security organization per each job place and executed processes on Human Gestation Talent of Cotopaxi Province GAD developing activities based on descriptive methodological design which one lets an post analyses of quality and quantity of results to determine the incidence of variables. According results of getting information techniques application the next result on 128 population sample that 59,4% of workers unknown risk factors those they are exposed in their working place, and 71,1% unknown security policies that can let to reduce them, and inside in to possible causes that determine results analysis, it is suggested to lack of health and security as in the same way, induction, communication, information, capacitation and teaching processes, the percentage of needs fulfillment like evidences of Legal Techniques Requirements (RTL) 44%, this added to nonfulfillment of determined audits of SART. The present investigation finishes recommending the definition of capacitation strategic lines of communication, information and training by Cotopaxi GAD furthermore audit internal team groups to check the valance and the implementation of the present system according with real law of security and occupational health.
