The purpose of this project is know the factors that influence using electronic money as a payment method to get goods and services in Latacunga cantón, benefits and disadvantages. This investigation is made through a field study as a methodological way, with a descriptive approach, using a technic data collection, with the questionnaire as its principal instrument. This methodology is a resource to identify those factors that influence using electronic money as a payment method, concluding that the main reason why people do not use electronic money to make commerce it is because they do not know about its use. Another important conclusion about this economic study is the need that Cotopaxi people know how to use this payment method, places where use it because nowadays there is no places to use it yet, that is way there is a low acceptance in because people distrust this new payment method. In spite of the problems, there is a good disposition to learn all about this new method, it means capacitation and incentives. |
