Sumario:This research project was carried out with the aim of designing a virtual museum of archaeological pieces of the ancient culture Panzaleo through creative multimedia product at Juan Abel Echeverria Educative Unit in Latacunga city, the media today is a great educational tool It is not being 100% exploited, for this reason it is intended to create a virtual museum based on holograms. This will help inform in an agile and timely manner, as well as contribute to the cultural enrichment of the population. Technological advances allow several international museums to have similar works that help to inform and interact directly with users, as well as facilitate students to have a cognitive learning of the community's own culture, allowing them to recognize it as their own interest and explore its origins, without having to move to physical museums, thus managing to preserve and safeguard the archaeological pieces that are there. The selection of the physical museum that was used in the project was determined by field research was conducted in Juan Abel Echeverria Educative Unit and this was the collection of archaeological pieces of the Panzaleo culture in the Museum of "La Hacienda Tilipulo" , the bibliographic information was provided by the Panzaleo project of the Technical University of Cotopaxi. For the development of the virtual museum proposal based on holograms of the archaeological pieces registered in the museum collection of "La Hacienda Tilipulo", the UX methodology (User Experience) or User Experience of Jesse James Garett was used. It focuses directly with the proposal, with its 5 stages it allows us to solve and satisfy the specific needs of our users, achieving greater satisfaction and better experience of possible use with the minimum effort.
