Čoahkkáigeassu:This research was conducted in the forest nursery Municipal GAD.s of Mejia Canton,“El Chaupi”, Romerillos comunity 2014 to evaluate the best substrate and the best hormone for stake rooting of linden and sacha capuli. Since linden and sacha capulí trees are difficult to propagate by seeds, because of a hard and impermeable pericarp and low germination viability, it makes propagation by seeds be null. The split-plot experimental design (DPD) was used with 16 treatments and three replications, TUKEY testing (5%) was applied and the large plot had 200 stakes, the subplot 50 stakes and 20 stakes net plot. The variables analyzed were: sprouted stakes buds per pale, average sprout length to 30, 60, 90 days, rooted stakes and root volumen to 90 days….
