Přidat tag | Shrnutí: | The traditional processes used for the management of projects in the Constructora P&P of the city of Latacunga, has been causing an inadequate control of the budget allocation processes and noncompliance with the schedule of activities, due to the loss or alteration of information, generating inaccurate reports of the stages in which the projects are. Therefore, the objective of the proposal was to strengthen the management and control of the stages of the executed projects. Through the development and implementation of a web application that will allow the administrator to streamline the handling of information, avoiding setbacks in their administration; The system will help to keep updated information on the projects that are being executed, thus giving security and confidence to the administrator of the application. A mixed research methodological design was used, since qualitative and quantitative methods were used; Bibliographic research was applied from the review of different scientific and documentary sources to strengthen the research. For the development of the proposal, the PMBOK methodology was used, which guarantees optimal results and effective project management in the company, providing a set of processes, management models for the direction and control of the same. For the development of the web application, the SCRUM methodology was used, since it is considered one of the most applied standard agile methodologies in the development of software projects, while the IEEE 830 standard was used for the gathering of requirements, which allowed a development that guarantees the productivity and quality of the software. xix With the implementation of the web application, the systematization of the processes for the management of the projects was obtained, which avoided wasting time and resources. In addition, a control was maintained in each of the stages of the projects, allowing the administrator to monitor and generate detailed reports of the operation of the same. |
