Competencia lingüística en la expresión oral

The present investigation has as a research question: How is the linguistic competence for oral expression determined in the Educational Unit "Cristóbal Colón"?; The general objective was to determine the linguistic competence for oral expression in the second EGB of the "Cristóbal Colón" educational unit, San Miguel parish, Salcedo canton, Cotopaxi province, year 2022 - 2023. The methodology used was developed with the approach quantitative, with theoretical and empirical methods; the techniques and instruments: survey - questionnaire, observation - observation guide, which facilitated the diagnosis of the study work, associated with the development of linguistic skills through oral expression by the language and literature teacher. This information was collected and tabulated using statistical data in the SPSS, later a class plan and an observation guide were developed for the analysis of the class carried out, which allowed to demonstrate the results and the effectiveness of the correct use of verbal games. for the development of language skills and good communication. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations were drawn up. The results were favorable because the students participated and enjoyed working with the exploration of the sounds of words through oral expression, which included tongue twisters, dialogues and teamwork, which is why they responded favorably to the general objective of the present investigation.
