Aplicación de una auditoría de gestión a la empresa Florícola Decoflor S.A. para el período 01 de enero al 31 de diciembre del 2008.

The implementation of the Management Audit was developed in the company Floriculture DECOFLOR SA. It was a success. The objective is to identify administrative and operational deficiencies as a result of the management of the company in order to verify compliance with the objectives and goals set. Also, issue the final report containing findings and recommendations as tools for making critical decisions. During the development, it applied research techniques such as interviews and surveys. These were addressed to the leaders and administrators of each area that make up the company. The results allowed obtaining timely information that revealed deficiencies in the implementation of internal control standards, and other administrative and operational procedures necessary for the normal development of the company. This justifies the application of a performance audit. This application allowed to find weaknesses in various processes carried out according to each work area. They are characterized in the same conclusions comparison techniques proposed in the rules and procedures with the results. This will identify gaps and critical points that must be corrected according to the possible solutions synthesized on the recommendations of the final audit report and the discretion of its directors.
