| Zusammenfassung: | The present investigative study confronts the lack of knowledge of school management in the administrative leadership in the Guayas y Quil Educational Unit, as a problem that has caused little participation of the educational community, for which the main objective was to revitalize the management model. school, as an organizational tool based on educational leadership, for the institutional improvement of the Guayas y Quil Educational Unit, Velasco Ibarra canton; In this, the research has a quantitative approach of applied modality with the use of the deductive method, where the survey sense, direct observation and questionnaire were the main techniques applied, which allowed obtaining as a result the current situation of school management and performance of educators and managers; For this reason, an operational model of school management is developed, which was validated through the criteria of users in a socialization workshop whose result contributes to the performance of directors and educators, thus improving the learning process with the joint work of the teachers. members of the educational community emerging a progressive change of mitigation and control in the dimensions that make up this process, which is guided by the work of a pedagogical leader. |
