The study began with an analysis of the company in terms of prevention and risk identification of the same jobs that served to highlight all the flaws and served as a basis to develop the proposed Stride risks Plan. The application of this Stride risks Plan will allow that the company improves the image that have of the public opinion regarding this type of companies, and the workers enjoy a healthy work climate. |

Empresa dedicada a la elaboración y comercialización de carpintería metálica, paneles prensados, cocinas industriales y equipos industriales de panadería. La empresa no cuenta actualmente con un Plan de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales que cuide la salud de los trabajadores y cumpla con los requerimientos legales y la normativa existente en materia de Salud y Seguridad laboral. El estudio se inició con un diagnóstico de la empresa en materia de prevención, así como una identificación de riesgos de los puestos de trabajo el mismo que sirvió para evidenciar todas las falencias y sirvió como base para poder desarrollar la propuesta de Plan de Gestión de Riesgos Laborales.
