Shrnutí: | Meaningful Learning refers to the type of learning in which students relate new information with the one they know to meet new learning that finds sense and logic. Learning involves behaviors, attitudes and skills, is such that students acquire knowledge of their own daily lives and promote their behavior. The main aim of this research was to assess the incidence of teacher performance in students’ meaningful learning in the primary school of general education "“Humberto Vacas Gomez”. By applying surveys to teachers and students, it was evidenced that there are shortcomings in the use of teaching strategies to generate meaningful learning. Based on these results, a guide of teaching strategies to generate meaningful learning and empower the abilities and skills of students as to achieve intellectual and comprehensive development of students was performed |
