Aggiungi Tag | Riassunto: | The research project has as objetive to evaluate the effect of natural apitoxin as an immunomodulator and adjuvant in the treatment of demodectic mange by blood immunochemistry to measure the levels of immunogloulins (G and E) before it star, 15 and 21 days after treatment in 15 adult mediums dogs , of different sex and race the same were divided into two treatments and a control group consisting of 5 patients for each experimental group, treatment 1 consisted of apitoxin inoculation directly every 24 hours for three occasions and baths with a Chlorhexidine-based shampoo every 4 days, in treatment 2 apitoxin was inoculated every 48 hours for three occasions and baths with a chlorhexidine-based shampoo every 4 days, in the control treatment only baths with the chlorhexidine-based shampoo, in order to determine the effect of apitoxin as an immumodulator, laboratory analysis is determined by blood-immunochemistry to determine the current IgG and IgE values, using descriptive statistics and through the 5% Tukey test, the data will be analyzed to determine if there is variance in the results of the different treatments. |
