Based on this, an analysis of each of the animals under study was carried out to determine the prevalence of Strongyloides post inoculation and to check the health status of each of the animals. Subsequently, the data analysis was carried out with T-Student with a randomized design. It was verified that 81.81% of the population had presence of Strongyloides with no significant difference between age and sex, 4.54% of the population had elevated IgE, and 27.27% had elevated IgA, which reflects the presence of Strongyloides in the intestinal mucosa. As for the hematological examination, 63.63% presented normocytic anemia. In conclusion, it was determined that the presence of Strongyloides post inoculation did not have a significant increase in the experimental units. The beneficiaries of the research are families dedicated to commercial family sheep breeding. |

The beneficiaries of the research are families dedicated to commercial family sheep breeding.El presente trabajo investigativo tiene como objetivo fundamental la evaluación de una vacuna parasitaria para Strongyloides en ovinos mediante pruebas serológicas (Ig A, Ig E, exámenes hematológicos) y coproparasitarios para establecer su eficacia. El presente estudio se llevó a cabo en el barrio Quinticusig, cantón Sigchos, provincia de Cotopaxi, se evaluó 22 ovinos de la raza criolla entre las edades de 8 meses a 4 años. En función de ello se realizó análisis de cada uno de los animales sujetos a estudio, para determinar la prevalencia de Strongyloides post inoculación y comprobar el estado de salud de cada uno de los animales. Posteriormente se desarrolló el análisis de los datos con T-Student con un diseño aleatorizado. Donde se verificó que el 81,81% de la población tiene presencia de Strongyloides sin presentar diferencia significativa entre la edad y el sexo, se identificó el 4,54% de la población con IgE elevada, y 27,27% con IgA elevada esto refleja presencia de Strongyloides en las mucosas intestinales. En cuanto al examen de hematológico 63,63% presentan anemia normocítica. En conclusión, se determinó que la presencia de Strongyloides post inoculación no tuvo un incremento significativo en las unidades experimentales.
