Riassunto:The objective of this research is to analyze the management in relation to the administrative process and its impact on the service quality in Comercial Molina Proaño S.A in the canton of La Maná. The direct beneficiary is the owner of the Comercial Molina Proaño S.A., who directs his employees that work in the store, and in the same way, provides adequate service to users. The indirect beneficiaries are the SRI and the Decentralized Autonomous Government of La Maná canton. As part of the research methodology, bibliographic research was used to obtain concepts, characteristics, types, categories, and other information related to the variables, such as information of secondary origin, books, scientific articles, and others. The field research empowers searching for information from primary sources through surveys and interviews. In this way, it was possible to interview the owner and five employees as a data collection tool, and also surveys directed to consumers of Comercial Molina Proaño in La Maná canton. As a research proposal, the implementation of an administrative management model was proposed, through which proper decision-making can be supported, under scientific criteria and parameters previously analyzed and applied in other organizations, whose obtained results were very beneficial for the organizations that implemented it at the time.
