| Riassunto: | This technological proposal is focused on the design of a module that allows demonstrative practices of energy transfer and power factor correction of the loads connected to it being located in the high voltage laboratory at the Cotopaxi Technical University, due to the need to complement the theoretical knowledge acquired in the classroom with practice. Such is the case of automatic energy transfer systems in the development of our proposal we used the EAOM-210FD controller, which will allow a safe transfer by verifying the different electrical parameters required, the energy transfer will start when the controller in its main terminals stops reaching voltage either a single phase or the three main phases, in the same way the transfer from the generator to the main network , it will start once the voltage is stable again recorded in the main terminals of the controller. The time of the transfer can be configured according to the time of delay in the opening of the motorized circuit breakers, the electrical loads used are lamps and SIEMENS motors that cause the power factor to decrease so it is necessary to connect the capacitor bank, the BR-6000 controller is configured to add a specific amount of reactive power, it can be done manually and automatically in two steps, that is, capacitors will be added according to the requirement of the loads of the automatic transfer board. |
