| Summary: | Industries are being driven daily to continuously improve both their processes and their products, thanks to new technologies that are developed at an accelerated rate, therefore each of them must try to be more efficient in production processes and be transforming or conditioning their facilities. In order to develop it, this research project used techniques and instruments as an essential part, collecting information from sources that allow data analysis. The present research project deals with the technical study of the incorporation of UAV systems as an alternative in the inspection of processes in the food industry, since this would reduce time in the production processes inspection. The methodology used for the elaboration of the work is descriptive because is applying bibliographical techniques and tools like the matrix of weighted criteria to know the food industry with more activity inside the zone 3 the same one that represents our study area, giving us as a result that the type of industry suitable for the possible incorporation of our UAV system is the milk industry. Next, an alternative of inspection of processes is raised by means of the use of systems UAV within the productive processes of the plant. With the possible alternative, agility will be achieved by controlling the productive processes in real time allowing workers to have greater ease in inspecting areas of difficult access and have precise control, thus improving the inspection of processes while reducing the time spent on this activity, this system will allow us to collect photographs, images and video of the entire process during the inspection, increasing the possibility of greater control in each of the production processes within the industry, one of the advantages of the system mentioned is that the drone proposed for inspection does not make noise in its flight activity, so it will not cause discomfort to workers, nor will it be a distraction for people who are in contact with it. |
