During the research process methods and techniques of scientific research were used such as: the scientific method, inductive method, deductive method, analytical method, synthetic method; And particular methods such as the descriptive method and the dialectical method....La actualidad educativa exige estrategias activas para la construcción del aprendizaje significativo de los estudiantes, en este marco las estrategias lúdicas constituyen el recurso didáctico más dinámico debido a que ofrecen la posibilidad de aprender de manera amena, entretenida y motivada. El objetivo que persigue el presente trabajo de investigación es identificar la situación actual del uso de estrategias lúdicas en los docentes de la Unidad Educativa “Once de Noviembre” mediante una investigación de campo para recomendar alternativas de mejoramiento en el proceso enseñanza- aprendizaje. Un problema que afrontan las instituciones del sistema educativo es la falta de motivación de los docentes en el desarrollo del proceso enseñanza aprendizaje, en estas circunstancias las clases resultan tradicionalistas, donde el discurso magistral del docente produce aburrimiento y la desconcentración de los estudiantes.
