Ajouter un tag | Résumé: | The purpose of this project is a viable study for the semi-automation of a potato washing and drying machine prototype whose redesign and enhancement of this machine prototype aims to take advantage of the quality of potatoes before a post-harvest prior to being marketed either to supermarkets, They have been very important in the commercialization of this vegetable, and serve as a guide for students who receive the chair obtaining clean products free of soil or solid waste of first quality, also achieving the export of the products harvested in this case the potato. This prototype will help us wash and dry. This application is innovative since it is intended to semi-automate with technologies acquired by producers and marketers that have helped quality control, to maintain a cleaner product in good condition free of solid waste. The importance of carrying out this project is to improve product quality by obtaining a simulation of the operation process of a control and monitoring system for drying and washing potatoes. The research evaluates and identifies the methodology and the characteristics that are required when implementing this machine prototype with a potato washing and drying system. |
