Análisis, evaluación y control de emisiones de gases en los procesos de soldadura, en la construcción de tanques de acero negro, en la empresa “Induacero Cía. Ltda.”, ubicada en la ciudad de Latacunga, sector el Niágara, periodo 2013.

The analysis, evaluation and gas emissions control is a process that involves measurement techniques, the same which throw quantitative results of possible contaminants next a previously established method. Due to the enterprise disown of the possible damages, it has made the present study to take immediate corrections, to medium or long term, if these are necessary. The Ecuadorian Standards of emissions from stationary sources are the basis for determining the contamination ranges if any, taking into account the period of employment of each employee. The research study was developed in the INDUACERO Enterprise of Latacunga city, with the purpose of making an analysis, evaluation and gas emissions control in the welding processes for the construction of black steel tanks. This research will allow identify risks types that produce the gases emission, a phenomenon that is harmful such as to the environment and the health. Moreover, for making the research will be achieve to establish that was never making an analysis of emitted gases in the welding processes in the enterprise study aim. In short, through this research will be reach to identify, verify, classify and evaluate of contaminant levels what originate from each of the identified process, later, it establishes a control of these gases through a guide that will mitigate the emission those existent processes welding in the enterprise and thereby, protects the environment and the workplace.
