| Gaia: | This investigation was based on carried out a guide to good environmental practices at the Technical University of Cotopaxi - Salache Campus, allowing the optimization of resources inside the institution as water, energy, paper and fuel, focused on the obtaining of the recognition called "Green Point ", badge that it delivers by the Department of Environment in Ecuador. The investigation of the project began with the collection of information from the 2016 year for its respective analysis and establishing the line base of water consumption, energy, paper, fuel and generation of residues, carrying out the evaluation of the indicators that are into the 140 ministerial agreement Art. 85, focused on the Good Environmental Practices, which grants an Ecuadorian Environmental Recognition of the management inside public or private buildings by consumption of water, energy, emaciated kilograms of paper, recyclings and managing residue, all of them calculated by a person. Finally, the research had set out proposals for the improvement of the resources consumption inside of the Salache Campus. Also, it is attached the manual of good environmental practices by amicable strategies and by this way to be able to obtain economic, ecological and social benefits. This investigation about the proposal of the Green Point recognition has the consent of the internal leaders of the Technical University of Cotopaxi since they consider necessary to obtain the Environmental Recognition Green Point, and improve to diminish the environmental impact in the Salache Campus. |
