| Summary: | Qualities in school management are from concepts that were studied in an educational level, it means the aims of each school, and how they become in elements which are focused on warranting the progress of the educational institution. The headmaster who becomes a leader inside of the school and has an essential role in educational management by looking for a model in order to guarantee quality in education, because the model allows to establish dimensions and indicators in order to verify by establishing quality which is supported in a leadership for the educational community. This research was aimed to diagnose the impact of educational management in a school through a descriptive research in order to improve welfare in the educational community of the school called “Patronato Municipal de Amparo Social Latacunga”. This research is according to descriptive design, neither experimental nor field. It was developed by a theoretical revision about business leadership after that focusing on educational field which allows identifying the main styles of leadership in the educational institutions. Then the educational management is defined as a very essential and decisions are taken regarding the educational policies of our country. As a product of this research project there are conclusions and suggestions which generalize the result obtained that improve the school management by taking advantage of the available resources and in this way to strengthen the processes of school‟s aims which are planned to carry out in the educational institution for this reason the school of general education that allows to develop this research and at the same time establish a diagnosis of its school management in order to improve it. Finally the dimensions of educational management are established in a detail form and the way how to measure them in the population. |
