Označite | Izvleček: | The technological proposal thinks about how to create a system that gives solution to the problem of institutional evaluation of the Technical University of Cotopaxi, because it works with a simulated model in Excel macros, which does not satisfy the needs of obtaining a result in Graphic form, and a global result of the evaluation according to the types of qualitative and quantitative variables on the different scores obtained by the CEAACES. To manage the software development was worked with the Scrum methodology, since it offers the fulfillment of the expectations and the flexibility to changes which makes it effective to work, the implemented system is in charge of creating criteria, sub-criteria, Indicators, variables, scales and valuations. It also allows the administrator to create the evaluation model with its criterion assessment and indicator valuation, , in addition to being able to assign the different departments belonging to the university that have the work of raising information, the same one performs calculations by means of internally programmed formulas according to the type of variable and thus to unfold its utility curve by indicating the assigned qualification, it also allows to have access to the evaluators so that they can qualify the evidences and give their qualification, thus showing a global result. |
